Common Health Problems

The following are a couple of complaints that many of my clients were accepting until their symptoms  became unbearable and decided to get help to feel better.  They share their physicians either put them on pain pills or anti-depressants the majority of the time which either had adverse effects or no improvement. Maybe you can identify with some of the same as you read on.
1. Headaches.
    Causes: Diet. Sinus. Digestion. Constipation. Hormone imbalance. Prescriptions or even vitamins they guessed they needed based on their symptoms.
    Direction: Each person needs individual attention and I am a great believer in applied kinesiology, correct food combining and qualified massage therapists and chiropractic care depending on the individual .
   Results: Happy healthy clients well on their way to becoming more knowledgeable about their own bodies without  headaches or if they have one, they recognize what they did to bring it on.
2. Fatigue.
    Causes: Not enough sleep. Poor nutrition. Stress either at home or work or both. Weight issues either over or under. Quality of life. Limited activity of exercise or fun. Time management. Not believing they have support systems whether within the family, at work or Church.
    Direction: Giving each person the time and listening to what is going on in their lives. Offering resources for assistance and with the aid of iridology and kinesiology determining if they are in fact toxic and under nourished. Many people who are  exhausted are so because of their nervous system being so overworked under what could have been long term stress in caring for an elderly parent or being in an abusive relationship.
   Results: Client becomes empowered over their lives. Sets boundaries and learns the importance of balance to maintain a healthy quality life on all levels.
