About Me

Evy Coppola, Certified Natural Holistic Counselor has been providing consulting and positive direction for clients with amazing results for the past 28+ years. Trained iridologist, nutritionist, craniosacral therapist, herb specialist and energy worker, I truly practice what I preach. Born in Buffalo, New York, moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1970. Developed Pathways To Wellness in 1984 after a diverse career in the legal and insurance fields. I definitely feel that I was guided to better take care of my own health issues of back aches, headaches, sinus, allergies, digestive problems so that I could gain the knowledge and training to help others which has been so rewarding on all levels. My daughter Michele owns a beautiful holistic day spa in Webster Groves, Mo (Vitality Unlimited) and is an outstanding massage therapist and holistic counselor with tremendous insight and healing abilities. I developed Pathways To Wellness in St. Louis, Mo where I lived for 12 years  before purchasing my home on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, TX. Over the past 10 years in Texas I continued to grow and develop my wellness center.  Only recently I decided to close my yoga center wherein I had the only Yoga Alliance approved registered school in South Texas and also provided counseling. I moved my practice back to my home based office to provide clients with a lovely environment in which to consult and guide them on their path to wellness. It is essential to stay  empowered over the uncertainties of not only a shaky economy, but unexpected health challenges as well. My clients are challenged with weight problems, severe allergies, joint pain, thyroid and female imbalances, ADHD children and so much more. There are so many numerous non-invasive solutions to most problems and so much relates back to diet, positive thinking and faith. I love helping people and God willing I will continue on my own path and stay empowered over health issues and pray for the day when traditional medical care will automatically seek the assistance of health workers like myself and be open to more than one way to treat a patient.
