Making the right decision

To take a trip or not? Go to the movies with a friend? Invest time and money in a night out? Time to change diet and health direction? Where to begin and how do you get your answers? Here are a few ideas. When it is the right decision for your highest and best results all the doors open to make it happen. Too simple? Could be especially if we are use to struggle. Maybe we need to raise the bar for ourselves and know that all the doors and opportunities will open if we are focused on what we want and stop setting up road blocks. How many times have you heard people say something like "I would like to go on a trip but I can't afford it". Just maybe if we change our thinking and are open to possibilities a better choice of words and our attitude could be "I would love to take a trip and if it is the right thing for me to do, it can work out." Maybe we just don't thing we deserve trips, better pay, happiness and/or even good health.  What do you think and how do you arrive at your best answers. How's it working for you?

  1. I think you should make a written list of the possible consequences the alternative choices would bring. Then put the list aside for awhile. After a while, your "intuition" may lead you to the most appropriate action.

  2. Great comment JoAnn. Intuition and warning signals of the wrong choice at the wrong time really point the way. Maybe we can over think and analyze when the handwriting is on the wall. Whatever system works for each individual is what they should follow to avoid struggle and stress it seems to me.
